Congratulations on your forthcoming Civil Partnership. At The Petersham we aim to make your
special day truly memorable. The Petersham is licensed for civil ceremonies for up to forty
people. However, if you have chosen to hold your ceremony elsewhere we are always happy to
host a reception for up to seventy guests or your celebratory ‘breakfast’ for up to twenty
eight.
If you wish to form a Civil Partnership at The Petersham, please take a moment to read through
the three options available to you. All Civil Ceremonies are held in The River Room with its
private veranda overlooking the River Thames.
Platinum
Following your ceremony in The River Room,
a Champagne reception ‘en magnum’ (based on three glasses of Champagne ‘Petersham’
per person) will be served in The Terrace Suite followed by your ‘Wedding Breakfast’.
The three course lunch or dinner includes coffee & petit fours. A complimentary
double bedroom for the couple (subject to availability) is also included.
The Terrace Suite is available for a maximum of three hours following the ceremony.
(Civil Ceremony & Breakfast: min 25 – max 28 persons)
Gold
Following your ceremony in The River Room, guests can enjoy a Champagne
reception ‘en magnum’ (based on three glasses of Champagne ‘Petersham’ per person)
in The Terrace Suite or in the private wine cellars, for a finger buffet. The room
is available for a maximum of three hours following your ceremony. A complimentary
double bedroom for the couple (subject to availability) is also included.
(Civil Ceremony: min 25 – max 38 persons)
Following the ceremony & champagne reception, additional guests may be invited for
the finger buffet reception (supplement charges will apply, max capacity 70 persons)
Silver
Following your ceremony, guests can enjoy a Champagne reception ‘en magnum’
(based on two glasses of Champagne ‘Petersham’ per person). Also included is a selection
of canapés. The River Room will be available for up to one and a half hours after
your ceremony.

Children up to the age of 10 years are invited to enjoy the children’s menu at
£10.00 for three courses and £8.00 for two courses.
