Alex Bentley, Head Chef at the ‘Restaurant at The Petersham’ will feature fabulous fresh fish specials alongside our regular Summer lunch and dinner menus. Including ‘catch of the day’ and the classics such as Lobster, Oysters, Scallops and Alex’s very own ‘Bentley Bisque’

Traditionally prepared Grouse will be available at The Petersham this season for lunch or dinner. Please reserve your Grouse in advance with the restaurant.
