  • Hotel Receptionist

    As Hotel Receptionist, you will provide a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintain the levels of service to the highest standards at all times. You will be responsible for greeting guests in a warm friendly manner and be a true ambassador for excellent service, dealing with all requests and queries in an efficient and professional manner, whether face to face or over the telephone.

    You must be passionate, motivated, welcoming and highly organised to ensure that all requests are attended to without any delays. You will need to be well presented, have excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner. You need to work well under pressure with excellent ability to co-ordinate efficiently with other departments and bring good administration skills.

    We anticipate applicants will have previous experience as Hotel Receptionist and will have worked in a similar role within a reputable, full service hotel environment.

    As Hotel Receptionist you will have and be:

    • Excellent guest relations skills
    • Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal
    • Able to work on your own initiative
    • Positive attitude and excellent communications skills
    • Able to cope well under pressure
    • A positive outlook and willingness to learn, contribute and grow
    • A passion for hospitality and service with a smile
    • Flexible to work any day of the week, mostly days with occasional night shifts
    • Good knowledge of London is preferable
    • Knowledge of Opera PMS preferable

  • Night Assistant Manager

    2 to 3 shifts per week

    Typically Friday and Saturday from 23:00 to 07:00

    We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to join our Front Office Team in the capacity of night assistant manager.


    • Ensure the smooth operation of information, message handling, transportation and luggage delivery services for the hotel guests.
    • Maintain the tidiness of the Front of House area, luggage store room and public areas.
    • Maintain the cleanliness of the hotel front doors and steps.
    • Ensure front door is always attended to meet and greet guests upon arrival.
    • Escort incoming guests to reception for check in, to rooms as when required.
    • To assist with room services with light snacks and drink orders. Delivery and preparation.
    • To be observant and ensure the security of the hotel, the staff and all the guests.
    • Complete any tasks, reports as stipulated by the Night Manager/Senior member of the Hotel Management.

  • Room Service & Casual Waiting Staff

    This role is suitable for a serviced focussed individual who are able to ensure the highest levels of guest care and service are offered on all occasions in an efficient manner. Maximising opportunities to up-sell, whilst delivering food and beverage to guests within the Room Service department. 

    The successful candidate will be passionate about delivering service excellence. As Room Service waiter/waitress you will prepare and deliver all food and beverage orders to the guest rooms and you must be fully conversant with our Room Service menu and be able to setup and serve orders according to the guests specifications. 

    • You will have an open and approachable manner and thrive on interacting with people.
      • Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner.
      • Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demanding high levels of customer service.
    • Prepare set ups for tables.
      • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.
      • Ensure compliance of brand standards.
    • Ensure cleanliness of work areas.
      • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
      • Comply with local licensing laws.
    • Be environmentally aware.
      • Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
